Red Raspberry leaf contains fragarine. This alkaloid strengthens and tones pelvic muscles and the uterus. It is also an anti-spasmodic and antioxidant. Raspberry leaf is useful for nausea, menstrual cramps, and excessive bleeding. Which makes this a beautiful herb after birth, when a woman needs to tone up the uterus and begin the healing process. Raspberry leaf aids in pain and can be very relaxing. An interesting note of Raspberry leaf, when used with red clover it will aid in fertility for both men and women.

Yarrow is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antiseptic. Using the leaves and flowers in a tea will stop internal bleeding. Yarrow will assist with incontinence and bladder infections. It also aids in abnormal menstrual cycles, a lack of menstrual cycle (amenorrhea), and painful menstrual cycle (dysmenorrhea). It truly is a woman's herb. Yarrow will help eliminate toxins in the body, therefore, aid in colds and flu.

There are 20 tea bags in a package $14.00 per package.

Made by Carey Page of Tawatinaw Spirit Specialty Tea.
