Located in the heart of beautiful downtown Westlock, our Butcher Shop strives to provide only the best tasting and healthiest meat available on the market. Our state of the art facility boasts a massive 400sq ft refrigerated area for dry-aging our beef for around 21 days.

We also use all of the animal, nothing goes to waste here. we sell bones and fat and off-cuts that you just cannot find anywhere else.
What is Dry-Aging and why should you want it? Dry-Aging is a process whereby the natural enzymes present in meat slowly break down the tissues to create much better texture and flavour for your eating pleasure. Any meat connoisseur will settle for nothing less!
What other services do you provide? We are licensed to come to your farm or rural property and humanely put down your animals, bring them to our processing facility, and bring them back to you as the many food products you desire. We will also process wild game for hunters at the reasonably low fee of $1.10/lb on the rail with no hidden fees.
