Relaxation Tea
A combination of hazelnut and chamomile creating a soothing cup of tea.
Chamomile is known for its relaxing benefits and assists as a sleep aid. It also aids in gastrointestinal upset, heartburn, and gas. It is a gentle digestive cleanser. Chamomile reduces menstrual cramps.
When I first started picking in the bush for tea, I thought I was picking raspberry leaves but accidentally picked hazelnut leaves. I steeped the leaves for tea and was surprised that the raspberry leaves were relaxing. So I did some investigation and discovered they were not raspberry leave but hazelnut leaves. Needless to say, the leaves look similar when you're new to picking.
