Armor Tea
Armor tea consists of pine needles, fennel, and star anise. Each of these ingredients contain shikimic acid. It assists in reducing the spike proteins in the body. Also all of these ingredients are excellent sources of Vitamin C.
Pine needles are used for respiratory issues like lung congestion and pneumonia because it opens the respiratory passages. Pine needles possess anti-microbial and anti-coagulant properties. It works for joint and muscle pain. Pine needles are a good source of Vitamin C.

Star Anise assists respiratory infections such as nausea and fights flu. It stops the growth of bacteria, fungi. It eases menopause symptoms because it has estrogenic properties. Star anise also helps skin infections.
