We mix up BC grown cranberries with cranberry pear balsamic vinegar, cranberry juice, orange zest, cinnamon, sugar vanilla, and of course chilies to create a versatile condiment that you can enjoy with turkey, chicken, cheesecake, chocolate, or as an ingredient to your favourite BBQ sauce to flavour up your ribs or meatballs.
