VEGAN Nacho Dip (It's not cheezy!)
Delicious, smooth, with a touch of heat at the end, this is a dip for all occasions. Use it with a veggie platter, steamed veggies, with corn chips, on tacos, as a spread for sandwiches, on eggs, you won't be disappointed.
Directions; Add 1 cup of salsa and 1 small to medium red or yellow pepper. Blend in a blender until smooth. Options: Add jalapeno peppers or a squeeze of lime juice or a drop of hot sauce.
